Refund and Cancellation Policy for Reservations and Accommodation Services

By making a booking through our website, authorized booking partners, travel agencies, or other reservation channels, guests acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency, maintain room inventory management, and provide clear expectations regarding reservation modifications, cancellations, and refund eligibility.
All confirmed reservations at Cebu Family Suites are strictly Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable, and Non-Rebookable. Once a booking has been confirmed and accepted by the hotel, the reservation cannot be cancelled, modified, transferred, rescheduled, or converted into credit for future stays. Guests are encouraged to verify travel dates, room selections, occupancy details, and personal schedules before completing the reservation process.
Any cancellation request submitted after a reservation has been confirmed will not qualify for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy applies to all room types, promotional offers, special packages, discounted rates, advance purchase reservations, group bookings, and standard room reservations unless otherwise specifically stated in writing by hotel management.
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior authorization from the hotel will be classified as a No-Show. In the event of a no-show, one hundred percent (100%) of the reservation amount will be charged and retained by the hotel. No refunds, credits, rescheduling options, or future booking adjustments will be provided for no-show reservations.
Refund requests arising from personal circumstances including changes in travel plans, transportation delays, flight cancellations, work commitments, medical concerns, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events are not eligible for reimbursement under this policy. Guests are advised to make travel arrangements carefully and consider appropriate travel insurance coverage when necessary.
Reservations made using promotional rates, discounted offers, special packages, group rates, corporate agreements, online travel agencies, or third-party booking platforms remain subject to this refund policy unless separate written terms are provided at the time of booking. Where bookings are made through external reservation providers, guests may also be subject to the cancellation and refund policies established by those providers in addition to the hotel's policies.
In situations where a reservation cannot be honored due to circumstances directly caused by Cebu Family Suites, including operational issues that prevent accommodation from being provided, the hotel reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies. Such remedies may include alternative accommodation arrangements, reservation adjustments, or other solutions at management's discretion. Any such action does not establish a general entitlement to refunds outside the conditions specifically approved by management.

Understanding room features, occupancy limits, and booking requirements can help prevent reservation errors and avoid misunderstandings regarding accommodation arrangements.
Cebu Family Suites reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice to reflect operational, legal, or business requirements. Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication on the hotel's website. Continued use of the website, reservation systems, or accommodation services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
