Terms and Conditions for Reservations, Check-In, Accommodation, and Guest Services
Welcome to Cebu Family Suites, Cebu City. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, reservation services, accommodations, facilities, and guest services. By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation, or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining efficient hotel operations. Travelers planning family vacations, business trips, group stays, extended visits, or short city getaways are encouraged to review these terms carefully before confirming a reservation.
All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Cebu Family Suites. A booking is considered confirmed only after guests receive an official reservation confirmation from the hotel or an authorized booking partner. The hotel reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel reservations that contain incomplete information, inaccurate guest details, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond operational control. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate and up to date. Incorrect details may result in delays during check-in or difficulties in processing reservations.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, while standard check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Guests arriving before the designated check-in time may request early check-in; however, approval depends entirely on room availability and operational conditions on the day of arrival. Similarly, requests for late check-out may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for approved early check-ins or extended check-out requests. Guests are encouraged to communicate any special arrival or departure requirements in advance to help facilitate a smoother experience.
Upon arrival, guests must present a valid hotel voucher, booking confirmation, or reservation reference together with a government-issued identification card that matches the reservation details. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if identification requirements cannot be fulfilled or if reservation information does not correspond with the guest presenting at the property. Verification procedures are implemented to protect both guests and the hotel from unauthorized bookings and fraudulent activities.
Room rates do not include breakfast unless specifically stated in the reservation confirmation or promotional package. Any additional services, meals, transportation arrangements, or special requests not included in the original reservation may be subject to separate charges. Guests are encouraged to verify the inclusions of their reservation prior to arrival to avoid misunderstandings regarding available services and applicable fees.
Children below five (5) years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians. Additional bedding, extra guest arrangements, or occupancy beyond the standard room capacity may be subject to availability and additional charges. The hotel reserves the right to limit occupancy based on room type, safety requirements, and operational standards. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property for registered guests. While the hotel strives to provide stable and reliable internet service, connectivity speeds and performance may vary due to factors beyond hotel control, including network congestion, maintenance activities, service interruptions, or technical limitations. The hotel cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet availability and shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary service disruptions.
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, Cebu Family Suites implements a noise curfew until 10:00 PM. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and avoid activities that may disturb other occupants. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, damage to hotel property, illegal activities, or violations of hotel policies may result in warnings, removal from the premises, or additional charges where applicable. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action to protect the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Guests bringing unauthorized animals may be asked to make alternative arrangements or may be subject to additional fees and restrictions. This policy helps maintain cleanliness standards and ensures the comfort of guests with allergies or sensitivities.
Parking facilities are available on-site and include approximately 13 slots for motorbikes and 10 slots for cars. Parking availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed for all guests. While reasonable security measures are maintained, guests remain responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings. Cebu Family Suites shall not be liable for theft, damage, accidents, or loss involving vehicles parked on hotel property.
The hotel's front office operates twenty-four (24) hours a day to assist guests with reservations, inquiries, directions, accommodation support, and general concerns. Guests seeking information regarding hotel services, facilities, or local attractions may contact the reception team at any time during their stay. Guests are expected to maintain the condition of hotel rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and facilities throughout their stay. Any damage caused intentionally, through negligence, or through misuse may result in repair, replacement, or cleaning charges. The hotel reserves the right to assess damages and recover associated costs from the responsible guest. Guests should report maintenance concerns promptly so that issues can be addressed efficiently.
Cebu Family Suites reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice when necessary to reflect operational requirements, legal obligations, safety standards, or service improvements. Any updates become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the hotel's website, reservation systems, accommodations, facilities, or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
